The complex, built on the site of an 18^th century boatyard steeped in history, comprises five self-catering riverside cottages, each with its’ own rowing dinghy for exploring the Broads, including the nearby Dilham canal.  There is an indoor heated swimming pool, exclusively for the use of residents, with a coin-operated sauna.  With river frontage on two sides of the complex, all cottages have riverside patios, plus two additionally have balconies overlooking the river. There is also a cobbled courtyard with shrubs and a water garden. The properties are furnished to a high standard, including DVDs, freeview, microwaves and dishwashers.  There is a choice of traditional new build accommodation, or converted 19^th century 'upside-down' cottages.
